Ms. Felicia Bhe focuses her legal services in the area of estate (life and legacy) planning, real estate contracts, business contracts and business incorporation. She services clients in the Greater Sacramento Region and the Bay Area.
Ms. Bhe graduated from Lincoln Law School. She holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Akron, Ohio and a bachelor’s degree from the National Taiwan University.
Ms. Felicia Bhe is an attorney with deep-rooted community and government relations. Having had a dual track career in the healthcare industry and real estate sales and development while she attended law school, she brings thirty years of experience in healthcare management, real estate sales and development, and community/government relations to her legal career to better serve her clients and the needs of the community.
Ms. Bhe has served in numerous executive-level roles throughout her career and has been a tireless advocate for the API issues in the community. She was past President of the Sacramento Area Formosan Association, an organization promoting cultural integration, as founding Chair of Asian American for Good Government (AAGG), a political fundraising organization in electing Asian Americans to public service roles. She was the first fundraising Chair for the Folsom Heritage Museum. Ms. Bhe served on the Boards of: Sacramento County Public Health Advisory Board, The Agency on Aging, Area 4, The Hmong Women’s Heritage Association, Asian Pacific Islander Public Affairs Association (APAPA). Ms. Felicia Bhe, along with her husband Dr. Tom Bhe were one of the founding members of OCA Sacramento Chapter.
In 2019, Ms. Bhe received Sacramento Community Leadership Award for her work and dedication to the Greater Sacramento Community. It is her desire to continue serving the community and her clients she cares deeply for.

Gordon Bones, Esq.

Gordon G. Bones, Esq., has been practicing law in the state of California
since 1992, specializing primarily in estate planning. Over the course of his
career, Mr. Bones has drafted approximately 4,000 trusts, demonstrating great
expertise in this area. Moreover, he has extensive experience amending trusts
and handling the administration of trusts following the passing of his many
clients who created them.
Mr. Bones’ academic background is as impressive as his professional
achievements. He completed his undergraduate studies at Northern Arizona
University, earning a degree in Business Administration specializing in Finance
and Economics in 1979. He then later pursued his legal education at the
University of Nebraska College of Law, graduating in 1985.
Continuing his pursuit of knowledge and specialization, Mr. Bones
obtained advanced degrees in Agricultural Law from the University of Arkansas
School of Law and Transnational Business Practice from the University of
Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. This additional education further enriched his
legal expertise, particularly in areas relevant to his practice.
Throughout his career, Mr. Bones has gained valuable experience in
various sectors, including working in the private sector in a bank trust
department as well as a respected national accounting firm. In the public
sector, he served as an Aide to a US Senator and in the United States
Department of Agriculture in Washington, DC. These diverse experiences have
provided him with a well-rounded perspective that enhances his ability to serve
his clients effectively.
